As a Client Manager, you will play a crucial role in our success by overseeing and leading a team of skilled bookkeepers. What You’ll Do:

Team Leadership: Manage a team of junior bookkeepers to complete monthly and quarterly financial close and reporting for our small and mid-sized business clients
Client Relations: Establish strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor in all accounting-related matters. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and deliver exceptional service.
Bookkeeping oversight: Lead weekly and monthly bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial close, and financial statement preparation. Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial tasks and coordination with clients.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing accounting processes and identify opportunities for enhancement. Implement efficient systems and procedures to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Provide meaningful insights to senior management and clients for informed decision-making.

What You’ll Bring:

Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
Extensive QuickBooks Online experience.
3-5 years of bookkeeping and/or public accounting experience.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and senior management.
Loves working with small and medium sized businesses.
Problem-solving mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
Enthusiastic about learning new technology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
